「転送コム」は日本の通販サイトの商品を世界に発送代行するサービスです。 登録してご注文時に転送コム倉庫の住所と個人番号を入力するだけで海外向け配送に対応できます。

転送コムご利用の流れ

①上記バナーより「転送コム」で会員登録

②転送コム倉庫の住所を入手

これであなたの注文した商品をここに郵送すれば、あなたの元に転送されます。

ご注文の入力内容は極めてシンプルです。

転送コムから得た国内住所を入力して、紫乃二夢の商品を転送し、海外の住所にお届けいたします。

●当ショップでは基本的に海外住所への直接発送は受け付けておりません。

　※登録はご自身で行なってください（自己責任となります）
　※海外配送サービスのご利用についていかなる不利益があっても、当ショップは一切の責任を負いません。
　※当ショップでのすべての保証は、ご利用いただく海外配送サービスに商品を郵送するまでといたします。
　※国によって配送禁止となっている商品は、お手元に到着しなくても一切の責任を負いません。

●間違って配送先に海外を選択してしまった場合
　※クレジットカードでお支払い後、配送ができない状態が30日続いた場合、自動キャンセルとなります。

　※配送できる住所を1ヶ月以内にメールで当ショップにお知らせください。
　※コンビニ決済などで、すでに料金をお支払い済みの場合は1ヶ月後にキャンセル処理をさせていただきます。
　※複数注文の一部商品のキャンセル・お届け先の住所変更はできません。

●初期不良・誤配送について

　※ご指定の住所に国際郵便でのお届けをさせていただきます（配送先住所をご連絡ください）
　※上記の通り、初期不良と認められるのは転送コムに到着して1週間までとなり、海外住所にお届けされた日ではございません。
